POLICIES
All artwork is copyrighted and not for resale or reproduction, even if you purchase the original. Doing so for commercial purposes is illegal in the US. I welcome pins and photos of my work on your blog, but you must credit Ashley Hizer. If you are interested in licensing or using my artwork, please contact me. I reserve the right to relist or post any sold work.
SHIPPING
Paintings 30 x 30" and under are shipped USPS ground or priority, depending on size, once a week. Paintings larger than 30 x 30″ will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Artwork is always packed with protective paper, plastic and bubble wrap to prevent damage. After your piece is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you live in the Atlanta metro area, I am happy to waive shipping in exchange for pickup here at my North Atlanta home studio. Simply contact me to coordinate or if you are shipping internationally, as the shop is only set up to ship to the US.
PRESENTATION
Unless noted, paintings are on professional grade canvases that are gallery wrapped around wooden frames. Canvases arrive wired and ready to hang. I use UV protectant satin, matte or glossy varnish to ensure the art a long, happy life in your space. Please see the individual item description for specific details.
RETURNS
All sales are final. If damaged in transit, the customer must contact me within 7 days upon receipt. Photos of the work are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors may differ slightly from monitor to monitor. I am more than happy to send additional photos of the work (or even Skype) to help decide if it is the right piece for you. If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to reach out, as your happiness is most important.
